We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email), when you add cases (receipt numbers), and when you upload documents. We also collect limited technical information such as device type and IP address for security and analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service, sync your case statuses, deliver notifications you opt into, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.
3. Security
Sensitive fields (including receipt numbers and document contents) are encrypted at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security policies. All connections use TLS.
4. Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. We honor GDPR and CCPA rights for eligible users.
